Since I met my friend Anna many years ago, right at the beginning of my professional career, she was the first person I illustrated professionally, and so, my friend Anna was in fact my first art model. Since then, I started to improve my drawing and painting techniques while still at Design College and I used her photographs to practice digital illustration. And today, after many years, we are back to making more art together. The difference is that now the level of art is different!
I did this traditional illustration work as a gift for her and it was one of the coolest things so far, as an artist and as a friend, it was a pleasure to do another piece of art with her.
Anna is an extraordinary woman! She is extremely intelligent and has a refined outlook on life. She is a friend that I admire a lot and am very proud of.

I was in Cuiabá this Thursday, a city that I also really like, and I went there exclusively to deliver a super cool project. I did a portrait in the comic book style for a painting (a stylized art piece that I made exclusively as a gift, which I had promised to my friend Anna some time ago). After the art competitions and events that I was participating in at that time, I managed to find a break in my schedule to travel, and I went to Cuiabá. I had the privilege of being able to deliver this cool and meaningful illustration project. Anna has always been a great person and has supported my work since the beginning of my career. She has always been a cool, unique and brilliant person, indeed! As a way of gratitude for all of this, for the respect, affection, and support, I made sure to personally deliver this gift when I was passing through the city. So, I met Mikael (Anna's husband) at a cool spot in the city called Caveira Cerveja, where I had the privilege and pleasure of delivering the project in person! My thanks to Mikael as well for his friendliness, simplicity, and attention in receiving me so well, and also to the Caveira Cerveja crew for their warm reception. By the way, it's a really nice place, I highly recommend it!
